Hello, Robin here, it's nice to meet you. I have been a nurse for many years and have now chosen to do something completely different. Sometime back I decided that I enjoyed cleaning houses so decided to start a new venture with my sister, Angel.

I would like to lay some 'friendly' house rules down so that you will know what you can expect from us. We want you to be really happy when we have cleaned your house/business and so it's easier to say what the cleaning charges are and what it encompasses.

1. Let's start with how much. People always try to avoid this, but from experience it's usually one of the first things clients would like to know. Charges are a minimum of $200.00 for first time cleanings for houses under 2000 sq ft and $250.00 for over 2000 sq ft for up to 4 hours and then an additional $30.00 per hour fixed after that, but we will prorate if, for example, it's only an additional 30 minutes. Our charges, after the first clean, are then set at $150 for under and $180 -$250 for over 2000sq ft bi-weekly, depending on house size. NOTE:If you decide to cancel or postpone a cleaning, we will need to be informed at least 48 hours before the day we arrive to your home, (unless it is an emergency). We will charge 50% of the price of cleaning if we are not given this advance notice. We appreciate your understanding.

2. We generally travel within a 20-25 mile radius of Cedar Rapids, but would consider further, after discussion. At times, we also work individually depending how busy our house booking schedule is.

3. There isn't any rule regarding you being at home so if you are there or not that is fine. But, of course, we will need access if you aren't.

4. We go over and above what is expected, and will clean everything 1st class,from your bathroom, to your bedrooms and kitchen. Appliance interiors, and blinds are additional and will be agreed with you beforehand. If beds can be made, sink cleared of dishes and the house is generally tidy, we can then get to the nitty-gritty.

5. We have all our own cleaning supplies but will use additional cleaning materials you 'specifically'  want, and would ask you to kindly supply them.

6. We would like clients who would commit to a weekly or bi-weekly schedule only. We will consider monthly under certain circumstances.

7. We have all insurances for personal liability and damage cover, ...but rest assured we are not in the habit of throwing plates at the wall.

8. We love dogs and generally most animals......oh, and children, with the occasional adult thrown in now and again! :)
